Maria Capriotti, CRNP

Maria is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She has worked within inpatient, outpatient, and in residential treatment settings and brings years of experience as a nurse practitioner. Maria also brings to us a wealth of experience as a nurse and nurse practitioner in the medical field before her formal training in psychiatry, allowing her to understand the complexities of psychiatric illness as it pertains to the whole person. Maria emphasizes a holistic view of psychiatric illness incorporating her vast medical experience into each patient's assessment. Additionally, her psychiatric experience in working with all age groups, from children to the geriatric population makes her well versed in providing psychiatric treatment by understanding the full spectrum of human development. Maria holds experience in leadership at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania as well as Thomas Jefferson University. She is currently accepting child, adolescent and adult clients virtually and in person.
