Tracy builds therapeutic relationships and treatment plans that are offered with care and rooted in the science of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brain Based Strategies, and Mindfulness. She invites clients to share their values to inform a balanced approach to therapy that includes educational tools, therapeutic skills, processing, and celebrating progress. Tracy is a Licensed Professional Counselor with several master's degrees in Clinical Counseling and Health Psychology and Organizational Development and Leadership. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Neuropsychology to inform treatment practices and support services.
