What if I only want a FRAT test?

  • If you’ve selected FRAT testing, you’ll receive your lab script via FedEx to take to a local lab for a blood draw.

  • Results are typically available in 6–12 weeks.

    • During your intake, your provider will review everything with you including how to interpret the results of your FRAT test once received.

    • If results suggest benefit, you may begin Leucovorin treatment without an additional appointment.

    • We’re happy to offer a fee-based appointment to review your FRAT test results if you’d like one!
