Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy pairs the individual with a clinician best suited to their individual needs / symptoms. The therapist engages with the client in a style best suited to the individual, developing rapport, building trust, and allowing the client to explore their symptoms, develop goals, grow and heal. Typical sessions run for 50-60 minutes.

Family Therapy

The therapist will work with the family to develop healthy boundaries, improve communication, establish healthy roles and a hierarchy among members, create an alignment among caregivers within the family system, and improve family dynamics and relationships.

Couples Therapy

In couples therapy , the therapist will remain balanced by understanding each partner's perspective on the problem.  Our therapists typically utilize Emotional Focused Therapy ( EFT), an evidenced based treatment practice that helps couples de-escalate when talking about the problem, hear one another , share vulnerabilities, develop empathy for one another’s experiences and re-establish new ways of relating to one another that is more productive.

Child & Teen Therapy

Applied Behavior Analysis

These services are best for individuals who would like to increase positive behaviors (like social skills, attention to task, and communication) or decrease troublesome behaviors (like hitting, interrupting, or other negative habits). Wraparound Services Program

When standard outpatient care is simply not enough, we have the ability to meet the needs of our clients by providing a concierge approach to care that is individually tailored to you or your loved one.  Research shows that practices which emphasize treatment within the community of origin have far better outcomes, and less trauma compared to the traditional model of psychiatric hospitalization, residential treatment and therapeutic boarding schools.

Medication Management

Medication management is the speciality of Dr. Danish and the other medical practitioners at Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry. Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback can be useful for those who have an intolerance or lack of response to traditional psychiatric medications or want an extra "boost" to their ongoing medication treatment. Neurofeedback is shown to work similarly to many medications, with less of a side effect profile.

Biofeedback

Ketamine Therapy

Ketamine is used to treat depression, including severe, treatment-resistant depression.
